Kathie Vu is vice president, member engagement and experience, at the Consumer Brands Association. In her role, Vu handles the development and execution of innovative strategies to enhance member interactions, foster engagement and drive retention. She oversees the team responsible for coordinating various initiatives, from CEO engagement to educational programs to ensuring seamless execution and exceptional member experiences.

Prior to joining Consumer Brands, Vu was senior vice president, membership & strategic development, at the National Restaurant Association. During her tenure, she provided strategy development, built teams and fostered relationships with members and prospects.

Before that, she held leadership roles with the Philadelphia Eagles, NFL Players Association and the Ladies Professional Golf Association. Kathie lives in Fairfax, Virginia with her husband, Binh and children, Lindsey, Brian and Rachel.
