In this webinar, the Kerry team will help food, beverage and supplements brands unlock functional innovation without compromising taste. The session will explore how functional ingredients each have a distinct “flavor sweet spot” and how pairing the right flavor with the right function is critical to product success.

Presented by Shannon Coco, Sr. Director, New Sales Development, and Sarah Miller, Director, Marketing Insights, the presentation draws on Kerry’s 2026 Taste Charts to show which flavors resonate most with functional ingredients across categories. Attendees are guided through practical frameworks for pairing protein, fiber, and emerging functional ingredients with flavors that feel intentional, helping brands build functional foods and beverages that resonate from first sip to last bite.
