On July 2, USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) made available the final guidance documents related to (1) validating a refining process and (2) selecting a test method to demonstrate the absence of detectable rDNA, along with accompanying question-and-answer documents.

Trevor Finley, deputy director, food disclosure and labeling at AMS, and Anna Waller, presidential management fellow at AMS, will provide an overview of the final guidance documents and will address questions for webinar attendees.
