Chief Technology Officer, Kerry North America

Eimear is a leader in science-backed innovation for the food and beverage industry, with a passion for helping create products that are better for people, society and the planet. She leads the RD&A and Regulatory and Scientific Affairs teams in North America, which includes over 300 scientists. In her two-decade career at Kerry, Eimear has held progressive positions in research, development and applications (RDA), sales, business development and end use market leadership. Within these roles, Eimear worked with customers to solve for the many opportunities the North America marketplace presents. Eimear holds a bachelor’s degree in food science from the University College Dublin and is active in several community and board associations, including CHIEF.

Christina O’Keefe

Head of Sustainability, Kerry North America

Christina is a trailblazer in sustainable manufacturing and business excellence for the food and beverage industry. With extensive manufacturing experience within the food and beverage industry, Christina has a passion for building a food system that minimizes environmental impact and improves lives while optimizing the bottom line. Christina has over 10 years of experience in developing and executing sustainability strategies that align with Kerry’s global ambition to reach two billion people with sustainable nutrition solutions by 2030.  Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Cheryl Dreyer

Director of Regulatory Policy & Intelligence, Kerry North America

Cheryl is a food and beverage regulatory leader dedicated to integratingsustainable practices into every aspect of industry operations. With over 20 years of regulatory experience in global food, beverage and ingredient categories, Cheryl spearheads the development of strategic regulatory positions, analyzes the regulatory landscape’s impact on business growth strategies and oversees emerging external issues management. Cheryl is a Registered Dietitian and holds a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and a certificate in women’s leadership.  She is an active member of the American Dietetic Association and is on the Board of Trustees of the Drinking Water Research Foundation.
