About the CPG Summit

When is the event? This year’s CPG Summit will be held October 12–14, 2026. The event kicks off on Monday, October 12 with a CEO-only lunch and exchange, followed by the Consumer Brands Board of Directors meeting and two workshops for non-Board attendees. We’ll have a full day of programming and networking on Tuesday, October 13 and depart on Wednesday, October 14. It is recommended that you plan your arrival on the property by 11:00 a.m. PT on October 12 and departure on October 14. To foster a stronger community and allow for rich discussion, the 2026 CPG Summit is an in-person, invite-only event.

Where is the event? The 2026 CPG Summit will take place at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort located at 7100 Aviara Resort Dr, Carlsbad, CA, 92011.

What will the topics of discussion be at the CPG Summit? Consumer Brands will set the stage with dynamic leaders delivering actionable insights on critical issues shaping the CPG landscape. Explore the latest in economics, brand-retailer collaboration, policy developments, geopolitics, advancing technologies and AI implementation strategies, supply chain dynamics, sustainability, and the rapidly evolving consumer landscape.

What is new this year? New this year we will be offering a second workshop being held concurrently with the Board of Directors Meeting on Monday, October 12. This workshop, curated by Circana, will dive into helping organizations think ahead and prepare for what comes next. This session will offer insights into the forces shaping today’s business environment and explore practical considerations for supporting growth, adaptability, and long‑term success as priorities and conditions continue to evolve.

CPG Summit Attendance

Who is this event for? Member CPG CEOs and heads of North America are invited to attend, along with up to three trusted senior executives from their company who serve in a strategic or transformational role. We recommend bringing a senior executive leading in strategy, growth, supply chain or finance.

I wasn’t invited. Can I come? The CPG Summit is an invitation-only event, and all CPG member CEOs and heads of North America are invited to attend. If you would like to request an invitation, please contact Genna Gent. For companies that work with the CPG industry, a limited number of sponsorship opportunities remain starting at $75,000. To discuss and secure a sponsorship opportunity, please contact Mario Grande.

Do you welcome spouses or partners? The CPG Summit does not have a significant others program and the event programming is closed to invited attendees and their executives. However, significant others or partners are welcome to attend evening networking opportunities, which include the welcome reception and dinner on Monday and the networking reception the following evening. If you have been invited to register and plan to travel with your partner, please contact [email protected] so their contact information can be added to our system.

Transportation, Hotel and Attire

How do I get to The Park Hyatt Aviara Resort? There are four airports within two hours of the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort:

  • San Diego International Airport (SAN) 32 miles / 35 minutes
  • McClellan-Palomar Airport (CLD) 3 miles / 10 minutes
  • Orange County Airport (SNA) 55 miles / 90 minutes
  • Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) 95 miles / 2 hours

What car service do you recommend to and from the airport? Shuttle services, private sedans, and private SUVs can be arranged through The Park Hyatt Aviara’s preferred transportation partner, La Costa Limo, by clicking here, calling 888-299-5466 or emailing [email protected]. To book transportation, you will need the names, flight information and cell phone numbers of the passengers.

How do I book my hotel room? Once you complete the event registration process, your confirmation email will include a booking link for the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort.

How do I modify my hotel reservation? To make changes to your room reservation, please use the link within your hotel confirmation email. You can also call (760) 448-1234 to reach the Park Hyatt Aviara directly during business hours. Outside of 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. PT, the call will be directed to the Hyatt national reservations line.

What rooms are available in the hotel block? A variety of king rooms are available within our dedicated room block for $460/ night, plus taxes and fees. Options include rooms with different views, accessible rooms and a choice of suites (limited quantity). To view the suite options, toggle from “rooms” to “suites” and available inventory will appear. Please note our room block closes on September 21.

What meals will be provided during the event? Dinner will be provided to registered attendees on Monday, October 12. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on Tuesday, October 13. If a spouse or partner is attending, they are welcome to participate in the evening networking opportunities. Please reach out to [email protected] with the spouse/partner’s information for planning purposes.

What is the dress code? Weather at The Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in October will range from lows in the 60s to highs in the 80s. Most attendees at the CPG Summit will embrace business casual attire (jeans are appropriate). We encourage attendees to bring or wear layers to account for varying temperatures.

Policies

CEO / Head of North America Attendance

Additional executive attendee(s) participation in the CPG Summit is conditional on the attendance of the invited CEO or Head of North America. If your invited CEO or Head of North America can no longer attend, please contact [email protected].

Registration Cancellation

Invited attendees and additional participants may cancel or modify their registration at no penalty up until Friday, September 11 by emailing [email protected]. Within 30 days, a cancellation will result in forfeiture of your registration fee. As the event is curated specifically for CEOs, registration is not transferable.

Recording and Photography

During the course of the Consumer Brands CPG Summit, our team, including contractors, will be documenting the event with still photography as well as video recording. This plays a vital role in documenting the experience, celebrating leadership of the CPG industry and our members, and promoting additional participation for future events. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Consumer Brands Association. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Consumer Brands Association events in the future and highlight the event. Additionally, you agree to release Consumer Brands, its officers and employees, from liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
