Sarah Langstedt (she/her) is Senior Counsel for US Litigation for Mondelēz. Mondelēz is a multinational confectionery, snack, and biscuit conglomerate that makes some of your favorite snack foods (including Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Ritz, Sour Patch Kids, and Toblerone) and has revenue of over $31B.

Prior to her time at Mondelez, Sarah spent 10 years in private practice at Day Pitney representing clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters. Sarah started her career clerking for Justice Virginia Long on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Sarah earned her law degree from Boston University School of Law and her B.S. in Human Development, with a minor in Nutrition and Health, from Cornell University.

Sarah lives in Sussex Country, New Jersey with her husband Eric and their three children Henry, Elsie, and Lilly. They enjoy spending time outside gardening, walking, picnicking, and playing sports.
