Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The deadline for refunds is January 26, 2020, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after this date. We do, however, encourage substitutions if you are unable to attend. The Consumer Brands Association reserves the right to cancel the conference prior to the event. If an event is canceled for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100 percent of the contracted paid registration fee.
