Findings from FARE’s Food Allergy Consumer Journey Study
Thursday, July 23 | 1:00 p.m. EDT
Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE) experts will present findings from the organization’s Food Allergy Consumer Journey Study, a series of research projects on food allergy consumers, their shopping habits and the challenges they face.
The study also includes consumer research on preferences for precautionary allergen labeling. While FARE primarily focuses on food allergens, they have indicated that many of their consumer members are increasingly concerned about those allergens being used in personal care and household products.
