Managing Local Outbreaks

As COVID-19 spread throughout the U.S., leaders at companies with multiple production facilities found themselves creating and implementing company policies to protect the safety of its workforce while maintaining product safety and ensuring the supply chain would remain strong.


However, inconsistent or lack of guidance from federal, state and local officials often added a layer to the challenges for companies to create and enforce specific policies.

In this session, leaders from prominent CPG companies will share steps their companies took to prevent the spread of COVID-19; how they handled testing as well as other issues; ways they worked with employees and local public health officials; and how this experience permanently changed their company protocols for the future.
