Stonyfield Organic is increasing their presence in Londonderry, with the addition of a 19,600-square-foot expansion to its warehouse facility. The project will give the hometown company more space to store products and equipment, and drive growth.
The $9 million expansion will allow Stonyfield to employ 420 people in the New Hampshire facility and begin production of 3.1-ounce children’s drinks. During the project, Stonyfield’s commitment to environmental advocacy and its community will remain unchanged. Stonyfield also recently completed an $11 million manufacturing expansion at the Londonderry plant.
“It’s an exciting time,” said Bridget Pichette, Stonyfield’s vice president of manufacturing and quality. “We’re here to stay.”
